Our Crushing, Screening and Material Handling Equipment
CSP Mühendislik designs and manufactures crushing, screening, feeding, washing and material handling equipment for quarries, mines, aggregate and sand producers and recycling plants. You can buy our equipment individually, or we can plan a complete turnkey plant with you, including the flowsheet, layout, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
Every equipment selection is based on the properties of the rock to be processed, the target capacity and the product range. The right choice determines both the initial investment and the energy, wear part and maintenance costs throughout operation.

Turnkey Crushing and Screening Plants
For a new plant or a capacity increase at an existing one, we plan the whole process with you, from rock testing and the flowsheet to equipment selection, steelwork and electrical infrastructure. The choice between a fixed and a mobile plant is made according to the life of the quarry, haul distance and product range.
What Information Is Needed for Equipment Selection?
- The material to be processed: rock type, hardness and abrasiveness, moisture and clay content,
- Feed size and target products (fractions, manufactured sand, sub-base, etc.),
- Target hourly or annual capacity,
- Site conditions: area, level differences, power and water availability,
- Existing equipment and integration requirements.
With this information we can prepare the right equipment combination and a preliminary layout for you.
