Material Selection and Quality
Two wear parts of the same size can give very different lives when made from different materials. Together we choose the material that suits your rock and crusher from manganese steels, martensitic steels, high-chrome white iron and ceramic-insert composites. Yes. For widely used makes of crusher, screen and conveyor, we can supply wear and mechanical parts to part number, drawing or sample.
Are parts available for older equipment models?
For many older models, parts can be manufactured to dimensions or sample. Measurements and photos of the existing part may be enough for an assessment.
